Urban Solutions
At Tuber, I was a supporting editor for Urban Solutions, a biannual publication by the Centre for Liveable Studies that focuses on city planning and sustainability. Besides helping to assess the line-up of content for an issue, I also helped with line editing and proofreading.
Many of the writers for Urban Solutions come from civil service and academic backgrounds. A particularly fun challenge was working with them to turn their analyses and research into relatable and engaging copy.
For Issue 16, which focused on health and well-being, I also contributed an article on cycling in Vancouver, exploring how infrastructure development made the city bike-friendly.
